A little while ago we were invited be a part of the Generation Graco team. Generation Graco is made up of a small team of bloggers who are sent some of Graco's products to test, trial and then share our verdict on. Graco was actually the first brand I chose and then used when I was first pregnant with Ethan. I had been lusting after the Graco Evo for so long and so I was thrilled and so proud when Adam and I finally bought it and set it up ready for the arrival of our first child.
Today I am going to be sharing my thoughts on Graco's All-In-One Milestone car seat, which we have been using with our second little boy, Logan, currently aged 16 months old.
The first thing to note about the Milestone is that it is an all-in-one, which means that it is the only car seat we should ever need for Logan, lasting up until he is 12 years old or reaches 36kg. It has three different stages it can be used for, firstly as a rear-facing infant car seat from birth to 13kg and then as a forward-facing 5-point harness car seat suitable from 9kg until 18kg and then as a high back booster seat suitable from 15kg to 36kg.
The Graco Milestone as a Group 0+ infant seat has a detachable cushion insert to help support young babies and keep them comfortable. In it's rear facing mode the seat has two recline positions as it does when forward facing. The headrest is really simple to adjust to one of ten different positions and can be done using just one hand, you can also adjust the harness at the same time without re-threading which makes things so much easier.
The Milestone car seat doesn't have isofix but it has side impact protection built into the headrest and is made using a steel reinforced frame to keep little ones safe.
In it's high-back booster mode the harness straps can be removed and then stored in the integrated harness storage compartment in the back, which is a great idea as it means it's far less easy to lose them for future use.
We were sent the Graco Milestone All-In-One Car Seat as part of the Generation Graco programme. All opinions are as always, entirely my own to find out more about the Milestone please visit www.graco.co.uk/MILESTONE.
