Whenever I see Silver Cross prams being pushed around by parents, I always think to myself how comfortable babies look tucked up inside. I also always notice them, Silver Cross prams have a certain look to them - they always seem to look effortlessly stylish. Recently I had the exciting opportunity to have been able to push my little Logan about in a sand coloured Silver Cross Pioneer, to then feedback my thoughts on not just how obviously stunning it is, but just how well I feel it performs too.
Asides from it's obvious stylish look, I feel like the Silver Cross Pioneer offers so much. It includes a carrycot as well as the pushchair, which means that we've been able to use it from birth with Logan. I am actually a little envious of Logan, as quite frankly the mattress inside of the carrycot is so soft and deeply padded, that quite honestly I want to curl up and lay inside there myself!
We don't have the cat seat (simplicity seat) but if we did, we would be able to convert our Pioneer to a travel system - something that is handy to know for parents who are considering this option. The pushchair, for when little Logan gets a bit older, is reversible, so can be either forward or rearward facing, it also has a three position seat recline and a five point safety harness (the best sort of safety harness). The pram itself has four-way suspension, which is great for multi-terrains and it also has nice and large, puncture proof wheels with treaded tyres. One thing that stands out a lot for me when using the Pioneer is that the steering on the Pioneer is an absolute breeze!
Us Mamas all like a nice big shopping basket on a pram - and the Pioneer really does not disappoint with it's very large shopping basket underneath! Oh and the addition of a cup holder, especially as a Mum of two, is ridiculously handy! To put up and down the Pionner, couldn't be any easier and it's also easy enough to pick up to place in the boot (even for weak ol' me!).
I've really tried to have a long, hard think, but I really can't seem to fault the Silver Cross Pioneer - it looks, feels and moves like a luxury pram and in short - I love it!
The Silver Cross Pioneer is available in a choice of two chassis colours: chrome or graphite, plus seven contemporary fabric colours. There is also a range of co-ordinating accessories to complete the package with seat liners, parasols and changing bags. I've actually just seen that there's an offer on at the moment (limited time only) of a free car seat , matching changing bag, parasol and reversible seat liner when you buy the Pioneer through the Silver Cross website, which I think is a pretty good deal! *I was sent this item for review, but all opinions are, as always, entirely my own.
Hiya just came across your blog by accident on bloglovin. I had to comment because firstly I set up my blog last week with a slightly similar title lol! but it is different so don't worry. Just wanted to write as a bit of an escape from the daily feeds an nappy changes. And also weirdly enough i have a 2yr old son called Ethan and a 2month old newborn called Dylan!! Toooo similar! You have a great blog here, will be following.
