As promised in yesterdays post I am sharing part two of our DIY maternity photographs today. These were the ones I was most looking forward to taking as I just love outdoor photography and obviously I enjoyed wearing my new dress that I brought especially just for these pictures. It really wasn't easy trying to find a dress that would give me the floaty effect I so wanted and one that didn't make me look like a tent at 38 weeks pregnant. But I really do love this dress and feel like it worked perfectly, apart from the fact that the itchy sequins slightly scratched my arms up - but what's that saying.. no pain, no gain?! ;)
Again, as I said in my previous post, these photos may not be photographically 'perfect' but that just wasn't what these photos are about for us. They're about capturing the end of my pregnancy and my fully grown bump, before it turns from 'bump to baby'! Oh and you may just spot a certain little fur-baby popping up in the background of some of the photographs too - as always, whenever we go for a walk, our trusty little Charlie cat follows along for the walk and apparently DIY maternity photoshoots make absolutely no exception!
Beautiful photos. I adore the atmosphere they captured x
