I'm one of those people that have quite straight hair naturally. There's not a curl in sight, sadly, I love good wavy hair and would love to have the time to spend curling my own. But as a busy Mum, that time doesn't always exist and when it does it is usually better spent doing something else.
I have to admit I don't do a lot with my hair except wash it every other day and use dry shampoo in between. Oh and have it highlighted probably around every three months. I don't even get it cut professionally, my Husband does that, which explains the wonkiness. ;) And I never really style it or wear it up, I'm sort of most comfortable with it just hanging down. One thing I have started to do a lot more of recently though, is straighten it!
Because my hair is already pretty straight I find I don't need to spend much time straightening it and I also find the whole process so easy - you can't really go wrong can you?!Cloud Nine sent me the 'The Touch' and it has no buttons or controls.. it uses revolutionary, patented Touch technology to enable us to pick it up and start styling straight away! Clever eh?!
Setting the iron to the right temperature is no problem either – you just touch the plates in quick succession and the iron sets itself to it's optimum temperature.
Personally I think that my hair always looks so incredibly straight and polished when I use this straightener! And it literally only takes me five minutes to do which is perfect for lazy-haired me! ;)
Do you style/straighten your hair daily? What hair products do you use?

Im like you. I don't style my hair at all. I wash it everevebdsys, straighten it every morning and use tresemme products. I get it cut twice a year I'd say. Normally with a full fringe.
ReplyDeleteI've got really straight hair too so I don't do much more than wash it and brush it - I do tie it up though as all my babies have had a good strong grip once they got hold of it!!
ReplyDeleteOooh look great! My hairdresser used these on me to curl my hair last week, have you tried that? It looked fab! xx
ReplyDeleteThese look really good! My GHD's are about 9 years old now and still do a pretty good job, but I am aware they will go kaput at some stage x
ReplyDeleteYour hair always looks gorgeous Alex. I love the shine you have on it in the bottom picture. Those straighteners seem fab! :) x
ReplyDeleteThose straighteners look amazing! So simple to use and your hair looks fab x
ReplyDeleteYour hair is gorgeous! I also have very straight hair but I've learned to embrace it.
ReplyDeleteMy hair is naturally really straight! I have Ghd's but use them for curling as I dont think I could get much straighter. I used to have super long hair but after it was in bad condition I got 7 inches off and it's still pretty long but actually not as straight a lot thicker and has more body to it! I still wash it every other day and have dry shampoo as a stand by!:)
ReplyDeleteMy hair is also naturally straight. But sometimes there is the odd wave in it here and there and so straighteners are always a good idea for a more polished look. I like the sound of these.
