Giveaway! Win a Personalised Keepsake from Keepsakes From My Sewing Room

Last week I told you about an amazing giveaway that I was going to be running here on my blog.. well today is the day!! You could win a fantastic keepsake for your child, completely personalised and made completely from your little one's outfits/blankets, etc!

But just before I give you all the details you'll need to know about how to enter yourself in to this fantastic competition, I am going to show you the second amazing keepsake that the lovely Gemma from keepsakesfrommysewingroom.com created for Ethan and I..

As well as the personalised lion that Gemma created for us -  which we absolutely adore, she also created this beautiful cushion (shown above). It is completely personalised with Ethans name, date of birth, weight at birth and time of birth. And of course - it's made entirely from Ethans much younger baby clothes. It's funny because when I look at the items that Gemma made for us, I can still picture the times that Ethan wore every single one of the items of clothing that now make up these wonderful keepsakes. I can still remember pictures of him that I took with them on. And it's knowing that these little items of clothing that he once wore, which are no longer sitting in the attic forgotten about, are now on show as things that Ethan can cuddle up to or rest his head on, that really make these the best keepsakes that money can buy.

A lot of the items of clothing that I sent Gemma to use were in fact gifts from family members and friends and so for them to be included within the lion and cushion truly just makes them that much more special.

It's not just the aspect of baby clothing being used to create these special keepsakes, nor is it just the personalised sewn on text, it's the great in-depth detail that Gemma goes to to make them completely faultless. For example, she will cut up the material she wishes to use and then on top of that she will sew on the little touches to make something that is just totally brilliant turn into something that is so amazing that it is hard to describe it in words.  There really isn't much more that I can say to describe how much I am, not only behind 'Keepsakes From My Sewing Room' but Gemma herself. These truly are the best keepsakes around and she truly is the loveliest person I have ever had the pleasure to work with.

One lucky winner will win themselves their choice of animal keepsake. The winner will be selected at random using Rafflecopter, I will check all entries and if all the methods of entry haven't been followed I will go on to select another winner. The animal keepsake will be personalised with text and items of clothing of your choice. The winner will be put in touch directly with Gemma who will arrange everything directly with the lucky winner.
